I negotiated my first home purchase in 1990 at age eighteen. I really enjoyed making the deal and working through the entire transaction process. I thought it would be fun and enjoyable to someday do more real estate deals and help other people. Since that time I have sold and purchased properties throughout the country, as both investment opportunities, and as a way to provide affordable housing to local residents.

With over 35 years of design experience, it was an easy transition for Dani to also become a realtor. She loves designing interiors to reflect the client’s personality, needs and interests. The opportunity to see potential in existing properties and transform them into dream homes still exhilarates her soul.
